Today, for the second time in say 3 months, We had someone use bolt cutters to cut the window stays and come into the house through my flatmates bedroom (happens to also be the tidiest bedroom)
and its noticeable that someone has gone through all his drawers etc, for a while we didnt think anything had been stolen, until now and we have just realised that ONE of my flatmates mag wheels (the set is worth $3500) has been taken, it was the only wheel here - the other 3 are at his work, although they are now worthless. I can tell this person/people has no taste, because my scrap stuff was spread all over the craft room along with my pc, and my laptop etc... LUCKILY my brand new Heidi Grace baby papers are still on my desk - untouched...I wouldve been SO distraught if anything had happened to that!
So the silver lining in this case is that I still have my gorgeous paper AND I will have real live Police Officers in my house (hoping theres at least one male cos I don't mind a bloke in uniform) and its a timely reminder that I MUST keep my camera in my bag at all times :D

Creapy - I would hate the thought of anyone unwelcome in our house, touch wood it has not happened to us.
Lucky that they didn't find your room or they would have stolen your scrapping stuff for sure.

sounds a lot like they knew what they were looking for to me - set up a trademe search for the type of mag it was. Glad they left your HG alone!!
Have you noticed a relationship between tidying up the "room" and the break-ins?
Oh, Danice, that's horrible! Not a nice feeling that someone has been in your house; strange that your laptop and stuff wasn't taken, how wierd! I guess you guys won't be leaving your windows open at all now...
